Phase 1 - Prelude
The Prelude to Europa Village opened in 2011 to introduce the vision of Europa Village and to offer the highest-quality premium wines available in the Southern California Wine Country.
Phase 1 - The Inn
The Inn at Europa Village, a charming, Tuscan-style 10-room bed & breakfast across from the Prelude site. The Inn has historically received exceptional ratings for its accommodations, as reflected in its occupancy rate.
Phase 2 - Bolero
Bolero’s Andalusian-style building includes Bolero’s winery and wine tasting room, serving premium Spanish wines, and Bolero Restaurante, a full-service restaurant and tapas bar that also offers a selection of microbrews.
Phase 2 - Vienza Wine Cave
This Old World style, 7,300 square-foot wine cave features beautiful rounded ceilings and a vine root-inspired chandelier, creating a feeling of an enchanted Old World wine cellar.
Phase 3-A - Vienza Winery
An authentic Italian market and deli, Mercato di Vienza is home to the Europa Village-branded high-end olive oils and vinegars, as well as a retail area offering culinary items with that distinctive Italian touch.
Phase 3A - Outdoor Event Space
Enjoy outdoor garden, Giardino del Cielo, which seats an excess of 600 people, will provide a spectacular mixed-use venue for wine tasting, picnics, entertainment, and special events.
Phase 3-B - Vienza Hotel & Spa
It will provide our primary guests with accommodations including 40 luxury Tuscan-style guest suites. On the ridge overlooking Europa Village it will provide breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Wine Country.
Phase 4 - C’est la Vie
Provence-style building with wine tasting room, full-service French restaurant, and themed boutique retail shops. C’est la Vie also includes ten luxury guest suites and over 19,700 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings and special events, including a 2,880 square foot ballroom.

- I am a natural person whose individual net worth or joint net worth with my spouse, at the time of the purchase of the Units, exceeds One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), excluding consideration of equity in my primary residence and after having deducted any negative equity in my primary residence or any indebtedness that I have incurred on my primary residence within the sixty (60) days prior to subscribing to this Offering; or
